Main structure and performance

Auto feeder with high voltage test is a feeding machine, which feed the filled qualified heaters after high voltage test, automatically send to reducing machine to reduce.

Auto test machine is a test machine after reducing, feed the reduced heater to test high voltage and resistance value.

Auto feeder and auto test machine is match with heaters before reducing and after reducing.

After filled the heaters and test, the qualified heaters will be loaded to the auto feeding machine, (if use the auto feeding machine with test, just load the filled heaters on the machine, the machine will test high voltage, and the qualified heaters will be automatically send to the reducing machine);

When start the feeding machine, reducing machine, high voltage testing machine and resistance value testing machine in same time, feeding machine will automatically send the heaters to reduce, after reducing, the heaters will be automatically send to the high voltage test machine to test, then the qualified heaters will send to the resistance value device to test again. After above two times test, the qualified heaters will be automatically send to a fixed position. Un-qualified heaters will separately send to other two position. The operation will work like this every time. No need someone to take care of it. One worker can operate many machines.
